At least 3 years of experience in administration and HR administration and good knowledge of working regulations;
Commercial education (bachelor);
English - Advanced;
MS Office package, especially Excel and Word.
Offering support to management: taking notes and minutes of meeting;
Preparing letters and reports and obtaining approval signatures;
Making reservations and organizing the travel details for the management team and defined employees group;
Administrating the office equipment and car management (cars tenders, car files, roadmaps, ITP, etc);
Offering support on management projects, following the timelines/deadlines;
Administrating the orders and the purchases for overhead expenses;
Preparing reports required from Company’s HQ/ EENA region;
Offering support to the HR recruitment process and administration;
Compiling and maintaining employee inventory files;
Onboarding for new hires (organizing work medicine; forklift operator course, etc);
Coordinating various management/HR communications to all levels of employees via mail, newsletter and meetings;
Organizing the process of training and development of all employees;
Being responsible for labor contracts management (administration, payroll, legal issues);
Offering support to the Managing Director and executives on day-to-day HR.
For our client, one of the largest local suppliers of forklift trucks and intralogistics solutions, we are looking for a Manager Assistant - HR Support.
