• Spoken languages: advanced German and English (C1);
• 1 year experience in customer service is a must;
• Availability to work in shifts;
• Ability to deal with difficult callers;
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
• Good accurate records keeping;
- Provide finance support with accurate and creative solutions to customer problems;
- Research, resolve, and respond to general issues received via telephone calls and e-mails from different kinds of customers;
- Assist in the resolution of customer and support issues to ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction;
