Financial Controller Manager

‐ University Degree: Economics or other similar field;
‐ Experience: at least 5 years in financial offices of multinational companies and at least 2 years with a managerial job
function;
‐ Experience inside manufacturing companies is a strong plus;
‐ MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point medium;
‐ Knowledge and experience of SAP ERP System;
‐ Proficiency in English;
‐ Ability to work in a matrix organization environment, driving and influencing people in a peer-to-peer relationship;
‐ Ability to proactively manage financial change projects and deliver the requested results.

‐ Own and drive of the local Profit and Loss and Cash Flow;
‐ Ensure the timely submission, completeness and correctness of the periodical financial statements;
‐ Lead the local yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting processes;
‐ Prepare and attend to the periodical reviews with Business Unit Head Offices, presenting the financial performance;
‐ Develop the financial metrics appropriate for the business;
‐ Approval authority on invoice issues, in some special cases;
‐ Direct leadership of one Junior Financial Analyst and interaction with an accounting team shared with other Business Units;
‐ Identify, drive and monitor actions for cost position improvement;
‐ Develop and improve guidelines, process and tools for financial data processing and internal control;
‐ Develop and complete the financial changes that follow organizational and strategy changes.
