Your day to day:
Provide Support for the GDC Vendor Management team related team mailbox management ,SAB checks and follow-up, as well as Sharepoint and document management activities.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve results
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels - ability to interface effectively, and professionally challenge as appropriate
- Ability to analyse complex situations in detail and operate with clarity
- Experienced on BMC ITSM Remedy system, managing Tasks, CRQ, Incident/Service Request.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
- ITIL framework knowledge
- Minimum 2 years work experience, mainly in IT area
- Strong analytical skills
- Team worker
- English fluency
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
VM team inbox 1st level management
- Responsible to act as a first level, by managing standard requests, and by catching and dispatching activities requiring second level involvement of a Vendor Manager
SAB checks and follow ups + pricelist management
- Ensure that software product and prices requested are compliant with VM pricelist
- Maintain and coordinate the collection of changes to the pricelist
- Interface with SAB and Design team stakeholders to manage issues and non-compliances
Vendor Management Support
- Configuration and customization of the existing solution on SharePoint 2010 regarding Vendors contact details and contract repository
- Support the Vendor Manager to analyse data and documentation in order to design and negotiate contracts
- Document all activities necessary to support GDC is using the product and services from Suppliers from a contractual perspective (example: contract dates, BoM, prices, SLA, excetera)
- Maintain the Documentation repository
