    Logiscool România, lider pe piața edu-tech pentru copii, oferă cursuri de programare, robotică și alte competențe digitale pentru elevi cu vârste cuprinse între 7 și 17 ani. Înființată în prima parte a anului 2018, aceasta numără deja 35 de centre educative la nivel național, iar începând cu mai 2020 au lansat și cursuri în format online.

    Pentru a respecta același nivel superior de excelență, toate centrele urmează un curriculum internațional, actualizat permanent de departamentul de educație al Logiscool Internațional, iar predarea noțiunilor de programare se face pe o platformă educativă proprie, gândită special pentru procesul de învățare și adaptată vârstelor.

    Misiunea Logiscool este facilitarea accesului la acest tip de educație tuturor elevilor din România, iar lansarea cursurilor online reprezintă un pas mare înspre a atinge comunități precum cele din mediul rural, sau din diaspora.

    Requirements

    The person we are looking for is:

    - Very well organized, capable to handle multiple tasks every day
    - Able to hold presentations to parents wanting to know more about the school
    - Able to hire, manage and organize the trainers schedules
    - Has fair computer literacy, able to work in Office and customer management systems
    - Capable and enthusiastic about kids and developing their skills

    Responsibilities

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operations and Human Resources management

    Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the school;
    Organize the enrolment of new and existing students, setting up groups;
    Organize the school’s course schedule;
    Smoothly maintaining contact with new and existing students, their parents, answering queries, dealing with problems;
    Establish a positive, polite and also friendly atmosphere in the school premises and in all communication to both parents and children as well;
    Make sure that the school premises are always in excellent state, regarding appearance, order, cleanliness and functionality;
    Determine staffing requirements for school courses, summer camps and programs;
    Take part in the recruitment, interviewing and selection of school trainers that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the school’s mission;
    Organize and lead the work of trainers; monitor the performance of school trainers on an on-going basis and conducting a performance review per semester;
    Discipline staff when necessary using appropriate techniques;
    Under certain circumstances, undertake camp-leader duties in summer camps;
    Financial Administration
    Manage the finances of the School, especially preparing and sending invoices to students regularly, following up and checking payments and taking any necessary action (for example, sending reminders);
    Manage payments for school supplies and salaries for school staff;
    Leadership and representation
    Contribute to the development of the school, along with the School Manager;
    Co-represent the organization in relation to its stakeholders: sponsors, authorities, beneficiaries, the wider community;
    Offer information about the schools courses and summer camps;
    Organize Open Day events and present the school’s premises, courses and the Logiscool mission regarding coding education for children and teenagers;
    Organize Logiscool events in or out of Logiscool Coding School
    Programming skills or know-how are not required for this position, but very good computer literacy is an advantage.

    Other info

    Flexible, average 8h/day, Tuesday - Saturday during semester courses and Monday - Friday during school holidays.
    Also covering the evening courses and weekdays courses schedule, when the case, in order to maintain a good communication with the parents and students of the school.
