    Cerinte

    Good level of English

    University degree (preferable International trade, economics, legal)

    Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with trade compliance / Export control regulations or relevant military or industry experience.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    ECN Classification

    In compliance with the ECO Classification guidelines, determine & update and maintain ECN classification for any tangible product, software & technologies into the IS/IT tool.

    When possible, propose auto-classification rules to be implemented into the classification software.

    Propose any improvement of the IS/IT classification tool to ensure classification compliance

    Develop classification decision rationale and methodology for various product types to improve efficiency in classification while maintaining accuracy.

    Provide technical classification assistance with the required documented audit trail justifying the classification for any audit purposes.

    Answer any ECN classification related inquiries both at Group and Time Zone level.

    Collaborate with the ECO Group officer and the ECO network to create and develop training materials

    Assist for Export controls & documentation process to support Export Compliance Management Program.

    Develop and implement continuous improvement actions to address any issues arising out of investigations, disclosures, governmental visits, audits and identified deficiencies.

    HS classification

    Determine HS classification for any imported & exported tangible product which has not been auto-classified:

    Define with the technical expert the classification justification in order to ensure the audit trail required by any customs administrations

    Identify with the GTC zone leader, if there is any ruling & customs decision for classification of any products, classify products accordingly & upload the rulings in TA

    Address to the classification steering committee any product a ruling can be requested and provide the required support to the GTC zone & country managers

    Provide technical classification assistance with the required documented audit trail justifying the classification for customs audit purposes.
