    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree

    Good in English and German both written and verbal

    Managerial and/or coordination experience

    Advanced use of word processing and spreadsheet software

    Strong relationship and building skills

    Strong attention to detail and organization

    Responsibilities

    Conducting, with the involvement of Holding competent function, the process for the selection of the Outsourcer in accordance with the principles established by the applicable law;

    Coordinating the implementation of the Outsourcing Initiatives;

    Overseeing and monitoring the overall Outsourcing Process;

    Making use of the specific competencies of the various business functions thanks to the role of Outsourcing Process Expert;

    Playing the role of guidance and control of the Operational Retained Organizations (RTOs);
