    - Monitors sales volume and contribution potential of brands to ensure that marketing plans are soundly based, and promotional funds are allocated accordingly;
    - Develops and maintains relations with the consumers in order to monitor their behaviour and propose recommendations;
    - Identifies opportunities where activation solutions could be improved in order to meet channel objectives;
    - Makes relevant proposals to ensure that all opportunities are exploited short-term, and relationships are developed longer-term;
    - Provides results and information to the relevant teams;
    - Develops promotional activities in order to maintain margins and reinforce product/brand image;
    - Monitor own retail contractors’ relationship and day-to-day cooperation related processes;
    - Train, coach, develop, and motivates resellers’ sales representatives by delivering on-going sales training, products training and demonstrations, setting quotas, sharing information on discounts, promotional events, etc.
    - Drives indirect channel sales performance and meets sales targets by managing and utilizing resellers’ sales representatives, resolving conflicts and offering continuous support to resellers;
    - Monitors customers’ satisfaction, sales data and conducts reporting analysis on sales and forecast;
    - Owns area budget management & tracking
