    • Degree in related studies (electrical, mechanical, computer technology)
    • Computer and troubleshooting skills; hardware, software and networking,
    • Patient and optimistic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication and facilitation skills.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively.
    • Experience knowledge to Microsoft Office applications required
    • Preferably prior experience in POS/ATM field technical work
    • Have clean and valid driver's license
    • Excellent customer service skills, detailed, organized and able to multi-task
    • Fluency in written and spoken English is an advantage


    • Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, support and resolve POS/ATM hardware and software within service level agreement requirements
    • Acting as an intermediary between Mellon and end-users
    • Monitoring the operability and functionality of the products
    • Reporting and escalating technical issues related to products
    • Perform hardware or software upgrades
    • Respond to a customer call which will include problem identification escalation and resolution
    • Handle the back-office tasks related to own field interventions
