    Requirements

    Experience & Technical Knowledge:
    •College degree in engineering, computer science, information systems management or other relevant field with ideally some relevant experience
    •Fluent in English and Bulgarian
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
    •Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team

    Responsibilities

    As IT Front Office Specialist you are responsible for:
    •Participate in solving IT incidents reported in his/her Businesses (Danone Romania)
    •Solve users' requests based on a system with Service requests registered
    •Deploy software to PCs using existing tools.
    •Prepare IT tools of work for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers.
    •Actively support users and properly communicate with them about IT related topics
    •Report on problems actively to the supervisor
    •Manages assigned IT projects within his/her Businesses to meet schedule, resources, time, budget
