    - Proven experience in project coordination, across multiple portfolios, driving team efficiencies and implementation of strong solutions
    - Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated through reporting, analytics and content delivery
    - Strong time management and the ability prioritize, and re-prioritize, based on demands
    - Excellent team collaboration and ability to work horizontally to ensure partnered solutions
    - Experience operating and delivering in a fast paced, global organization with multiple stakeholders

    - Tech-savvy and driven by the challenge to implement simple, user friendly, and where possible, automated solutions to drive effective partnering across the team

    Responsabilitati

    Support in the project coordination of team deliverables across the Culture & Talent team, including:
    - Design, implement & maintain standardized templates to project manage our program & initiatives implementations (e.g. annual & quarterly roadmaps, 90-days sprints, employee & manager impacts plans)
    - Preparation and compiling of team inputs to support Townhalls, OnAir Broadcasts, Business Operating Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews
    - Partner with the HRIM team to build interactive Culture & Talent dashboards, that provide real time results and trending, to support enterprise action planning & reporting
    Support on the execution of all Employee Listening Channels (e.g. Annual Engagement Survey, Quarterly Pulse), including:
    - Templating, compiling & formatting of enterprise reports
    - Partnering with HRIM on data requirements, feeds and system reporting
    - Partnering with our third-party providers on annual roadmaps, updates & project plans
    - Coordination with Internal Communications & Brand on execution of communications
    Supports on the execution of our Culture Transformation roadmap, including:
    - Partner with colleagues across the globe to update and embed our new Values & Behaviors throughout our locations, content, systems (e.g. Facilities)
    - Assist in the planning and executing of culture workshops, liaising with the broader People team and onsite teams
    - Coordinate and support on the execution of logistics attached to Culture & Talent workshops, learning, training and events – partnering with the business, geo-HR and our Functional Learning partners
    - Assist with the execution of the enterprise Recognition Program, including reporting, compiling of data, analytics, coordination vendors, budget tracking, logistics
    - Maintains all budget reporting for the Talent & Culture team and administers all system requirements for setting up, authorizing and payment of vendors
