Senior SAP Business Analyst

Connect44 was founded in the heart of Switzerland. Our goal was to support Telecom Operators and Equipment Manufacturers to design, manage and Optimise Mobile Networks. Starting with some of the first 2G voice networks, we began to grow our team of professionals to equip ourselves for new projects with new technologies and new ways of working. Investing substantial amounts of our budget on training, we started to move into 3G then 4G. Soon came the changes to IP networks, VOIP and preparing networks for large amounts of data by modernisation of old analogue networks to the digital standards. Over the past years Connect44 has steadily developed key longterm partnerships with its clients in many European countries with offices in Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Romania and Chile.

• Bachelor’s degree in computers or related field or equivalent experience
• SAP rollout experience (>2 lifecycles)
• Demonstrable experience of SAP Deployments, Process Governance and Continuous Improvement
• Founded understanding of Project Management and a PM methodology
• Demonstrable experience understanding both functional and technical solutions, including reading and understanding SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) code
• Demonstrate troubleshooting skills through resolution, understanding SAP system configuration issues and how to resolve those issues

• Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support
• Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues
• Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, company applications projects
• Work closely with our operations teammates to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within our applications
• Be a functional liaison between the IT department and the SAP end-users
• Work closely with our operations teammates within C44 companies to develop project plans and timelines
• Review, develop, and support the implementation of SAP solutions to meet future corporate needs
• Support (train, document, consult) for SAP Business ByDesign modules
• Cross application configuration and troubleshooting
• Engage with Stakeholders, Global Process Business Owners, Key Users
• Manage the daily functional operations in SAP logistics
• Evaluate and advise management on the appropriate utilization of SAP to achieve integrated business communications that improve overall corporate operations
