Support Analyst with French

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Experience - user support (functional) in ERP applications (preferably PeopleSoft) - focus on Procure to Pay modules (PO, AP) and Expense Reports
- The ability to filter and track the anomalies of the L2 / L3 support teams and to ensure the implementation of the solution with the affected users
- Structured thinking, analytical mind
- Knowledge of SQL - basic level
- Advanced level of French and English

- Assisting the requests received by e-mail or telephone from users for the managed applications (Leader / Backup) in French and English
- Opening, followed by the closing of a ticket for each request received
- Collaboration with the extended team of Bangalore service center and assistance L2 / L3 (Paris)
- Participation in the production monitoring committees and / or the project committees
- Defining testing scenarios and performing functional certification in case of updates, technical migration, patch installation, etc
- Scaling of new user requirements to MOA (business analyst / higher level of support)
- Document maintenance (operating modes, frequently asked questions) and contact list of updated applications
- Solving SQL requests based on production and testing to find the information needed for the case analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Travel & Expense and Procure to Pay
