    Cerinte

    •Advanced knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (preferably Hay grading);
    •Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations;
    •Strong organizational and project management skills;
    •Previous salary surveys coordination;
    •At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs;

    Responsabilitati

    •Design, implement and administer compensation programs and policies (including new hire offers, merit increases, bonus systems);
    •Perform job grading and recommend actions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
    •Perform salary surveys and analyze pay reports; study labor market and compensation related trends;
    •Heavily involved in continuous organizational design and processes analysis;
