    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law;
    • Strong knowledge of English language;
    • 1+ year law firm / legal department experience;
    • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications;
    • Ability to work with deadlines;
    • Confidentiality, analytical mind, integrity & trust;
    • Problem solving, organizational agility, highly detail oriented;
    • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees; management and external agencies to maximize performance and results.

    Responsibilities

    The main tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
    Specific tasks and responsibilities in the legal field, with the correct use of Microsoft Office programs and other software applications provided by the Employer:
    • Communicates and interacts directly with the clients and provides legal assistance, consultancy and representation to both the Employer and the Employer's clients;
    • Solves legal requests in all areas of Law;
    • Draws up contracts and adjusts contractual legal clauses;
    • Draws up, endorses and countersigns legal documents
    • Verifies the legality of the legal and administrative documents received for approval;
    • Represents interests and defends the legitimate rights of the Employer in front of public authorities, institutions of any kind, as well as in front of any legal or natural person, Romanian or foreign;
    • Ensures the permanent information of the employer's management regarding the legislative changes;
    • Works in a team with Consultants / Lawyers / Coordinator of the department on specific legal issues;
    • Performs or participates together with team members in legal activities including, but not limited to:
    • Writes and submits Trade Register files for setting up companies, changing the names of companies, administrators, registered offices, renewing the registered office, changing the shareholding structure, loan to equity conversion, etc.;
    • Organizes meetings of the Board of Directors and prepares the necessary documents before, during and after the meetings;
    • Responsible for analyzing the legal documents and identifying the necessary information, as the case may be;
