360 Document Specialist

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

The 360 Document Specialist is an entry level position that involves working with internal resources, implies thorough research and requires great attention to details. This works includes gathering all necessary information for an upcoming project, efficiently populate it into the 360 Document and distribute to all participants within the provided SLA. The purpose of this tool is to avoid informational gaps across the company when it comes to different types of projects whilst creating a communication bridge between the departments involved and increase collaboration.

What will you do?
-monitor the SRC Operations Inbox for new projects
-respect the 48 hour SLA (Service Level Agreement) for creating the 360 Doc
-perform the necessary research in order to accurately complete the document for each project
-provide updates in PSA (Professional Services Automation tool) regarding the progress of creating and distributing the document
-involve all participants involved in the project
-collect feedback for continuous improvement

-great attention to details
-organizational skills
-proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
-Salesforce user is a plus
