Proficiency in English and German
Bachelor degree – preferable in Finance/Commerce
Good verbal & written communication skills
1-3 years previous experience - preferably in Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay area
Rigorous and accurate working style
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Previous exposure to Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay systems & other ERP tools would represent an advantage

Manual invoice processing
Vendor Master maintenance
Payment Processing
Vendor Reconciliations
Processing/releasing hold invoices
Helpdesk queries – Email/Calls
Quality Assurance
Payment run – Perform/Review
Reporting activities
Bank reconciliation
Meeting SLA Targets
