Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics;
Previous management expertise- at least 3 years in a dynamic environment, in Finance/Banking/Insurance/Capital Markets industry;
Risk Assessment and Management certification issued by NBR (National Bank of Romania)- must have;
A very good understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of financial services;
Expert in analysis, synthesis and planning;
Very good knowledge of the structure of the financial services industry;
Speaks English at an advanced level (B2+/C1);
International exposure is desirable.

Leads and develops the compliance team (approx. 8-9 team members);
Implements and maintains processes and techniques for risk assessment and limitation of risk exposures;
Collects and analyzes the internal and external data necessary for risk analyzes;
Follows legislation and provisions in the field of financial and capital markets, as well as any relevant legislation;
Manages risks, collects and evaluates quantitative and qualitative risk data by adopting appropriate risk assessment methodologies and tools;
Periodically reviews risk management policies and procedures
