Your skills and knowledge:
• Work experience in reporting, analysis, visualization tools;
• Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills;
• Customer focus and action oriented, as well as team player;
• Works effectively in a fast paced environment and is comfortable with multi-tasking and deadlines;
• Must be proficient in understanding financial and sales reports and be able to independently analyze and reconcile data sets.
• Support all levels of the organization by creating globally scalable reports and dashboards that provide meaningful and actionable business insights;
• Use data visualization tools and techniques to transform raw data into meaningful and useful information; reveal operational and performance insights and enable effective strategic and tactical decision making;
• Increase the effectiveness, accuracy, and speed of all reporting/analytics requirements by automating reporting requirements;
• Compile information from various sources into comprehensive documents and manipulate large amounts of data from varied sources;
• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across departments regarding data provisioning, platform testing, data availability and the ultimately delivery of information in forms accessible to all levels of management.
The Conversion Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Global Conversion Operations Supervisor and will be responsible for supporting our Global Field Organization with the Conversions Process.
In this fast paced and highly dynamic role, you will ensure that the business goals and needs of the Global Conversion Sales Organization are met.
The Conversions Organization is helping to drive PTC’s transformation by implementing innovative and cutting-edge programs to convert our Support Customers into PTC’s Subscription Model.
This team is incorporated into the bigger Customer Success Management team, mainly focused on customer satisfaction, detail and action-oriented, helping drive the entire sales and conversion process.
