    Cerinte

    - University degree

    - Previous experience in a similar role would be a plus

    - Team player with strong communication skills and results oriented attitude

    - Organized person, proving time management abilities

    - Good knowledge of business English (both written and spoken) and of MS Office suite

    Responsabilitati

    - Coordinates the local events, educational sessions, congresses, and maintains accurate evidence of the related approvals.

    - Prepares and follows-up the contracts with healthcare professionals and organizations, collaborates with Finance function for reporting purposes, according to internal working procedures.

    - Responsible for reporting activities (ex. sales reports, logistics reports, various reports required by the local authorities).

    - Monitors public acquisition websites and identifies tenders for DC products.

    - Responsible for recurrent administrative activities for DC Division; offers support in business trip matters.

    Offers support in organizing marketing projects, campaigns, sales meetings.
