Customer Service Trainee - Nestlé Needs YOUth

You may be perfect for the role if you are:

• A student or fresh graduate, with previous internship or volunteering experience
• Curious, attentive, organised and goal-oriented
• Team-oriented and an excellent communicator, also fluent in English
• A good user of Excel and Power Point

• Identify some areas of improvement in process, tools and services, based on customer feedback
• Run various verification and control reports, to identify any deviation from the standards
• Keep records of documents with special regime
• Learn how to work in SAP and develop planning and organizing skills
• Constantly collaborate with the financial, sales and other Supply Chain teams

• Start every morning with a good coffee
• Receive a monthly income of 1700 lei net - this includes the salary and meal tickets
