Sea Freight Coordinator – LCL

Our future colleague should have:
• 1+ years in sea freight forwarding
• general knowledge of sea freight market

Whilst, personal characteristics should include responsibility, loyalty, determination, adaptability, self-positive, “can do” attitude;
Abilities should include multitasking, promptness, optimal structural mentality, efficient and proactive communication;
Excellent operating in MS Office applications;
Fluent level of English, both verbally and written.

Main directions of your future activities will be:
Understanding and implementing all aspects related to shipments from origin to destination;
Managing concerns and issues raised by business clients and co-workers to focus on and resolve any disputes or issues;
Evaluate and select proper course of action quickly to make sure deadlines are met.

Job Summary:
Managing assigned activities in order to maintain an optimal operational flow for clients / beneficiaries;
Maintenance of an excellent relationship with agents and partners.
