    As a technical support/ professional will be on the front line when it comes to supporting employees and clients who are having technical issues. The role is open in the Wipro IT Support team.  
    To perform this job successfully the following skills are required:
    - Computer proficiency (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Basic of lotus notes, PC network skills )
    - Fluency in English
    - Problem analysis and problem solving
    - Client relationship capacity
    - Pro activity
    - Numerical competencies
    - Written communication
    - Strong planning capacity 

    Responsabilitati

    Using web-based technologies you can follow the problems a user is experiencing on-screen and talk them through the solution on the phone or intranet/internet. If it's a problem with the equipment need to sorted out by visiting on -desk.   Responsibilities:
    ● Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
    ● Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
    ● Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
    ● Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
    ● Working with offshore server, network, email, and it security teams if the problem is more serious
    ● Testing and fixing faulty equipment (if possible)
