    Job purpose

    Records, processes and reports operating financial statements related to the cash flow, in accordance with the company's financial-accounting procedures and policies.

    Job Description

    • Keeps the operative record of the bank accounts of the company and monitors the cash availability;
    • Make payments daily / monthly / quarterly, drawing up all bank documents related to them (in electronic format or on paper);
    • Draws up the cash receipts (checks, promissory notes), submits and archives the supporting documents for them;
    • Maintains the relationship with the banks regarding the operations, including the conduct of the procedures;
    • Verifies and reconciles reports and situations necessary for management for the financial and operational management of the company;
    • Verifies and reconciles the economic transactions in the primary and financial accounting according to the Romanian accounting standards and the financial reporting standards of the company, for the operations carried out through the unit's cash register;
    • Draws up, checks and reports daily the balance of treasury accounts;
    • Verifies the payment orders drawn up, follows their signature, transmission and bank settlement;
    • Archive the supporting documents in accordance with the legislation.

    Requirements
    • Higher education - economic (financial, accounting);
    • Professional experience of 2-3 years in a similar position - is an advantage;
    • Basic financial-accounting notions (banking transactions, payment instruments, interest, loans, foreign exchange operations);
    • Operating knowledge in an ERP application (preferably SAP) - is an advantage;
    • PC operating knowledge (MS Office) - advanced level;
    • English - medium level;
    • Detail orientation and analysis.
