    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)


     Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager for a minimum of 5 years;
     In-depth knowledge of managing a high performant sales team;
     Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics;
     Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills;
     Strong communication and team management skills;
     Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
     Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude;
     Availability to travel as needed;
     Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
     Leadership skills;
     Good command of English;
     Positive, “can-do” attitude;
     Strong team ethics.


     Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
     Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
     Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
     Negotiate and close agreements with large customers;
     Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
     Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
     Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
     Displays ethical and compliant business conduct;
     Monitor, develop and coach the direct subordinates in order to constantly grow the results of the team;
     Perform the yearly evaluation for the team under his/her supervision.
