Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager for a minimum of 5 years;
In-depth knowledge of managing a high performant sales team;
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics;
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills;
Strong communication and team management skills;
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude;
Availability to travel as needed;
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
Leadership skills;
Good command of English;
Positive, “can-do” attitude;
Strong team ethics.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
Displays ethical and compliant business conduct;
Monitor, develop and coach the direct subordinates in order to constantly grow the results of the team;
Perform the yearly evaluation for the team under his/her supervision.
