    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    •2 years’ work experience within in HRIS, HR, IT;
    •2+ years system experience with Success Factors, SAP HR, Workday or equivalent- SAP preferred;
    •Expertise in data entry methods & data audits;
    •Understands critical business process issues as a result of data entry methods and decisions;
    •Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup;
    •System orientation and data validation;
    •Data audits and data governance is critical;
    •Good communication and ability to interface with various stakeholders;
    •Proven ability to meet timelines and follow through commitments;
    •Strong collaboration skills;
    •Attention to detail;
    •Open to learning, problem solving skills;
    •Display solid ability in the following Growth Competencies: Nimble Learning, Drives for Results, Customer Focus.

    HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    Execute the relocation end-to-end process according to Kellogg’s mobility programs and policies across the Globe.

    In your role as Global Mobility Advisor, you will be part of our success by:

    Ensures mobility policies and programs are managed and administered in line with Global and Regional policies and processes.
    Ensuring legal and tax compliance.
    Coordinates relocation processes (end-to-end process) costings, balance sheet creation and updates, immigration applications in partnership with third party experts (. Global Mobility vendor, Tax vendor, payroll, etc.).
    Provides expertise and guidance to Assignees, Line Managers, Finance, HR and external providers related to the relocation process.
    Acts as an escalation point for policy & process queries so that employees and their families experience a smooth transition between locations.
    Deals with escalated day-to-day queries and information requests from third party providers, Finance, Payroll and HR colleagues from other countries as well as issues from assignees.

    Vendor management: case follow up, performance evaluation, etc.

    Performs defined Tax activities (primarily TEQs).

    Manages regional and local mobility vendors invoicing and payments, and escalates issues as appropriate.
