    The Finance team of TELUS International Europe is a fully-fledged finance division of the leading BPO provider in Romania and Bulgaria – TELUS International. The division consists of 40 professionals (located in Bucharest and Sofia) with significant finance, accounting, payroll, pricing and procurement expertise. Our financials are audited by a Big 4 auditor, we partner with 4 large international banks and operate in a global company with a footprint in 4 continents.

    We are hiring for the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist. The role combines financial analysis and accounting characteristics.

    We expect:

    University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
    2-3 years of experience in a similar role (regardless of industry, BPO would be an advantage though)
    Advanced skills in Excel
    Ability to design and deploy models and automate recurring analysis
    Aptitude to work with large amounts of data and to manage it effectively
    Fluency in English
    Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
    Ability to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment

    Responsabilitati

    The Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist would:

    Support end-to-end, bottom-up, and top-down financial analysis of the company’s P&L
    Prepare segment and customer P&Ls, independently run allocations of indirect costs and monitor performance KPIs, prepare deep-dive efficiency analysis
    Perform analysis of actual performance vs. budget and issuance of a monthly report to the company’s management, an excellent occasion to display advanced charting and analytical skills
    Assist with planning and policy issues and monitor compliance with existing ones
    Report directly to the TELUS International Europe Financial Planning and IC Manager
