Achieve assigned revenue target by converting PTC support customers to subscription:
- Be the leader of subscription conversions for the PTC Western European Region
- Provide leadership to a cross-functional conversions team (sales, operations, marketing)
- Significantly extend the existing relationships with support customers who are potential subscription
- Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities and building a value proposition to negotiating through close
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential conversion customers
-The Regional expert for positioning conversions in front of indirect customers
- Help Partners understand the value and benefit of selling subscription conversions
- Provide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the conversions sales process
- Work with marketing and sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase subscription conversion program awareness and opportunities.

The Conversions Organization is helping to drive PTC’s transformation by implementing innovative and cutting-edge programs to convert our Support Customers into PTC’s Subscription Model.
The Sales Conversion Specialist will report to the EMEA’s Conversion Sales Manager and will be responsible for supporting our Field Organization with the entire Conversions Process.
In this fast paced and highly dynamic role, you will ensure that the business goals and needs of the Global Conversion Sales Organization, are realized.
You will work cross-functionally throughout PTC to ensure alignment between Field Sales, Renewal Sales, and our Focus Solutions Group in our effort to protect and grow recurring revenue.
As a Subscription Conversion Sales, the team members are the subscription conversion program owners for the Emerging Geos territory and part of the Global Sales team. They will be responsible for helping the Direct customers and the partner to transition from perpetual licenses to subscription.
