    Cerinte

     Minimum 3-4 ans d’expérience managériale, de préférence dans le back-office bancaire;  Expérience dans la gestion de projet;
     Pratique du Français, minimum B2;

    Responsabilitati

    Ton rôle en quelques lignes:
     Assurer la gestion de l’activité;
     Définition des objectifs et du budget de la plate-forme;
     SPOC pour la Coordination de l’activité;
     Pilotage de la performance de l’équipe;
     Maîtrise des risques opérationnels;
     Identification et soutien des opportunités d’amélioration;
     Reporting à destination des équipes SG centrales sur la performance opérationnelle de l’équipe;
     Contribuer au développement de la plate-forme;
     Pilotage et amélioration des KPI du département;

    Alte informatii

     Capacité à travailler dans un environnement sous pression;
     Très bonnes compétences de communication, écrit et oral;
     Très organisé, capable de gérer plusieurs activités opérationnelles en parallèle;
     Orienté sur la demande du Client;
     Qualités de leader;
     Capacité à déléguer;
