Scope:
• Work as part of the Oracle University (OU) Internal Training team reporting to the OU Internal Training Senior Manager.
• Backup for scheduling and managing training events for Oracle Employees using ILP as required working closely with OU and other LOBs members.
• Management of the Employee generic Email Inboxes and portal solving training related questions/issues coming from Oracle employees from all regions.

• Act as the single point of contact for all employee queries that are submitted on a daily basis from all regions
• Offer backup when needed for Margin App application and requests to notify internal students of changes in their enrolment status or with the course status.
• Offer backup for the Demand Capture requests for soft skills events (offer support and advise internal students/ teams on the possibility to schedule new dedicated events).
• Offer backup with scheduling registration-only requests (REG-ONLY courses)
• Manage and support the enrolment process for Employee delegates
• Schedule events in OTA and monitor registrations if required
• If required ensure proper list price is applied and perform post event tasks (attendance marking, evaluations check...)
• Update the Guided Assistance (FAQ) page and inform students whenever changes appear.
