Your Skills and Knowledge:

o Fluent English is mandatory
o Should be pursuing a BA in Business Development/Marketing or related field
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
o Ability to multitask, work independently and deal with ambiguity
o Comfortable in a multinational environment.

Your Day-To-Day:

• Identify and prioritize best practices that emerge relating to content development, customer relationship management and program management
• Identify and prioritize best practices that emerge relating to content development, customer relationship management and program management
• Get first-hand experience to feed your intuition about the people we work with and how our business works
• Assist with applications that facilitate customer success operations administration and support
• Generate and create reports in Excel, Sales Force and other systems
• May occasionally be contacting customer directly through email and phone.

Your Team:

You will work closely with the Academic Care Group Leader and the larger academic team to identify and scope out projects focused on university professor and student success which will help increase adoption of PTC products. Our team is highly collaborative, and you will work regularly with members of the team to grow and develop your skills.

Your Impact:

The Academic Care intern is responsible for helping the Academic team build critical documentation and other customer-facing materials. As an intern in the University Business Group, you will be involved in program planning, execution and measurement of enablement efforts directed at customers, partners, and extended staff.

Your focus on customer success means your work will touch all parts of the University Business Group.
