    Cerinte

    University degree;
    Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and their services;
    Experience in administrating Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes;
    Understanding of network protocols, routing, proxying systems and traffic redirection (VPN, DNS).
    Ability to solve problems;
    Ability and desire to learn business applications, technology, and terminology;
    Customer service orientation.

    Responsabilitati

    Ensure help desk support for company’s users;
    Manage escalation of issues to other teams and ensure resolution is reached;
    Acquire, install and maintain company’s workstations and printing equipment;
    Create, manage and disable user accounts and access rights to the company data and applications suites;
    Evaluate the need of and deficiencies including capacity and performance management and planning;
    Monitor servers and network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency);
    Manage security platform – antivirus, anti-SPAM server, firewalls;
    Document the system configurations.
