E-sourcing Specialist Level 2

Basic Qualifications:

1-2 Years of work experience in e-sourcing activities;

Change Management Skills;

Strong category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis;

Ability to understand standard purchasing practices and techniques;

Preferred Qualifications:

Excel, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook – advanced level;

Esourcing ERP systems knowledge.

Managing global/regional categories of medium to high complexity, using stategic sourcing principles.

RFx (RFI, RFP and eAuctions) setup and analysis.

Create RFX projects using existing esourcing tool.

Provide supplier and business technical support on e-sourcing tool remotely.

Events creation in the system. Testing and follow the project.

Executes sourcing tactics of varying complexity in accordance with established category/commodity strategies reflecting the optimum cost, quality, delivery.

Complete post event savings tracking & reporting, analyze reports to identify potential savings opportunities.
