RPA Solution Engineer

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years experience in IT software/application development;

3+ years experience with RPA development and in depth understanding of RPA concepts;

Expertise in minimum one of the market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path;

Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts;

General knowledge of project management, waterfall and/or Agile delivery model;

Familiar with Cognitive technologies (NLP-natural language processing, Machine Learning, digital assistance);

Familiar with Business Process Analysis and Business Process Management technologies and solutioning;

Experience with infrastructure sizing, integration technologies and IT security;

Good command of English language (speaking and writing).

Preferred Qualifications:

College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;

Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, DevOps);

Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers (vendors);

Ability to quickly pick up new RPA/software tools & languages, technologies, and frameworks;

Ability to balance a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment;

Process certifications (e.g. Green Belt/TQM).

Works closely with the business to define RPA value proposition and solution scope;

Analysis business processes and identifies RPA opportunities and recommends RPA approach/strategy.

Identifies appropriate technology platforms best suited for business requirements.

Creates and presents business architecture and solution proposals.

Assists Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the RPA solution.

Provides continuous advice to RPA developers and Project Manager during project delivery.

Serves as an escalation point in case of performance issues.

Will work with stakeholders to understand business expectations & requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
