    Cerinte

    • Good interpersonal skills, open attitude and a collaborative approach;
    • Graduated or currently under graduation of Accounting, Finance or relevant studies;
    • Knowledge of the primary accounting, banking payments or similar involving numerical skills;
    • Knowledge of the computer programs, including Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel;
    • Very good English both in written and communication.

    Responsabilitati

    • Working closely with the Finance team and cooperating with company network within Romania and other countries;
    • Assisting the Financial Manager in daily tasks;
    • Assessing business risks and communicating its observations to stakeholders;
    • Compiling data, creating and generating reports;
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting and controlling systems;
    • Following the implementation of controlling measures (the correct use of cost centers);
    • Assisting all employees and following closely the preparation of the expense reports according to the company policies and procedures;
    • Managing the insurances of the company;
    • Following and managing the validity of commercial contracts;
    • Archiving fiscal and accounting documents;
    • Ensuring the communication flow in relation with the fiscal authorities;
    • Ensuring the smooth running of the process regarding all payments to suppliers and partners;
    • Working on continuously improving the processes associated with payments;
    • Participating in strategic meetings with internal and external collaborators that provide accounting services in order to streamline processes and mitigate the risks associated with them.
