    Responsabilitati

    ✓Pregateste, organizeaza si efectueaza prompt si eficient operatiunile zilnice din departament;
    ✓Preia datele referitoare la transporturi din baza interna si intocmeste comanda de transport;
    ✓Transmite comanda catre transportatori;
    ✓Intocmeste dosarul de transport si se asigura de existenta tuturor documentelor de la deschiderea pana la finalizarea si arhivarea acestuia;
    ✓Mentine in ordine toata documentatia si are grija foarte des sa arhiveze documentele receptionate ;
    ✓Invata/aplica/implementeaza rapid si corect procedurile specifice transportului maritim;
    ✓Respecta standardele interne ale companiei, inclusiv Regulamentul Intern;
