SAP QM Consultant - IT TSR

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Act as IT main responsible into the Roll-out projects, for the QM Template solutions developed.

* Analyze business requirements through fit/gap analysis, coordinate and prioritize solution gaps with business process owners and secure change management

* Define and translate business requirements into functional requirements and write technical specifications, in a clear manner that is comprehensible for business and technical IT consultants.

* Customizing for SAP QM processes

* Implementation for new enhancements and changes * Support the authorization concept, by creating & changing the roles * Facilitate change management and user acceptance

* Ensure that daily operational support of the SAP system meets Service Level agreement (SLAs) with the OPCOs. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our automotive specific SAP business processes, tools, internal procedures and organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT area

* Minimum 3 years experience as SAP Consultant, in QM or other Logistics areas : PM, MM, IMWM; with at least 1 end to end projects

* Functional Expertise in Quality Management processes, or other Logistics processes * ABAP programming would be a plus

* Ability to adapt to change and deliver high quality work under pressure

* Good communication and people skills - experience dealing with users from various nationalities will be an advantage
