HR Operations Team Leader TSR
The HR Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading, developing and evolving the capabilities of a HR Operations Delivery Team. He/she ensures high quality, efficient and effective delivery of all services in scope according to customer requirements, legal and statutory requirements and service level agreements. He/she continuously improves service quality and customer satisfaction.
? Monitors and controls the implemented processes;
? Responsible for all administrative activities in responsibility;
? Acts as central point of contact for specialist topics in case of issue escalation;
? Designs processes related to the assigned specialist topic (incl. quality gates and checks) and ensures adherence to such;
? Under the direction of the HR Operations Head, continuously improves performance, processes, people and customer relationships in full cooperation with related relevant stakeholders (e.g. Country HR, Location HR, HR Business Partners, Global Process Family Owner, CoEs, HR IT);
? Manages and reports on service performance to relevant stakeholders;
? Communicates and ensures adherences to procedural guidelines and general conditions to secure an effective and efficient service delivery;
? Ensures expert advice and processing of the allocated specialist HR services;
? Ensures that service delivery complies with all legal, regularly and compliance requirements;
? Drives lean admin processes and process automation;
? Ensures continuous and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Employees, Line Managers, HR Business Partners);
? Ensures full support to the Human Relations team, contributing to the analysis of the employees' requirements in order to offer the best HR programmes, procedures and processes;
? Continuously evaluates performance according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operating Figures;
? Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company;
? Controls safety criteria in own area of responsibility. Develops, introduces and drives measures in order to avoid safety cases.
? Several years of HR or related experience (experience as HR Manager preferable);
? Knowledge of the Romanian labor law and the law related to the Employee Evidence Register;
? Shared Service Knowledge;
? Service and Quality Management;
? Functional HR Knowledge;
? Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills;
? Very good English, communication, conflict management and facilitation skills;
? International experience and experience in managing a team are preferable.
