Minumim 2 years relevant experience in a logistics/transport/distribution company selling ROAD services (international FTL/LTL);
Proficient in English;
Able to operate with financial data;
MS Office experienced user;
Capacity to work autonomous and/or with a team;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Oriented towards objectives/results and on building strong business relationships;
Partner mindset.

Being part of the FM Sales Team involves:

Identify opportunities to develop clients portofolio and increase market share;
Strengthen the partnerships with the existing customers;
Identify opportunities to promote and create the need for FM logistical services;
Achieve required performance indicators related to : sales targets, debt recovery , increase customer activity;
Manage invitations to tender for ROAD services and completes contract;
Maintain relationships with existing customers and represent communication channel between customers and FM operational departments;
Supervise and monitor financial performance for each customer and his field of activity.
