    • Learn how Private Pension System works and to be part of this social protection mechanism;
    • Process claim requests, in a timely and accurate manner, including additional follow-up steps for unresolved claim files (incomplete documentation); accurate data entry into the claims administration systems (claim request data and status);
    • Ensure compliance with legal and procedural departmental deadlines (SLAs) – in case of, but not limited to: issuance of notifications to customers, claims processing;
    • Contribute to the implementation of claims strategic projects, by following the company strategy and/or legal requirements;
    • Participate actively in the development and testing of the electronic systems used by the claims department;


    • University degree or proof that you are attending university classes (If you are not yet a graduate)
    • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service; Preferably in pensions;
    • Learning agility – demonstrated hunger for development of skills and knowledge;
    • Strong teamwork orientation and positive attitude
    • Ability to write, listen and communicate effectively (oral and written);
    • English proficiency
    • Time management skills and capacity to identify priorities
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Access knowledge is considered a plus)
