    Other info

NXP’s global IT organization is transitioning to a lean agile organization and while there are already many teams practicing scrum, the number is still growing. This requires the organization to scale the agile efforts which increases the need for people who can coach and drive teams of teams (so-called agile release trains or ARTs) to successfully deliver their products.

While the IT organization is in transition, new activities will continue to be started as programs or projects, so there continues to be a need for people who can drive projects.

In this exciting role, you are expected to know both sides of the fence which means you are both able to lead or support changes that are not yet (fully) supported by agile release trains and at the same time as a chief scrum master and servant leader you help NXP IT transition to a lean agile organization focusing on continuous improvement.
