 A university degree with business management orientation, completed training as an IT system administrator or comparable qualification, as well as initial work experience would be an advantage.
 Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow, including discovery (ITILv3/V4 pre)
 Good knowledge of the planning and implementation of IT projects of various scope
 Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
 Structured, analytical and logical mindset.
 Solid experience in the field of technical documentation and the ability to present complex interrelationships in an easy and understandable way.
 Enthusiasm for result-oriented communication with different stakeholders and the transfer of knowledge in the context of trainings and seminars.
 Constant desire to improve the status quo, to learn about and discover new things.

 You own the Configuration Management System (CMS), this includes internal configuration management database (CMDB)
 You task is to plan, publicizes and oversees implementation of an updated Configuration Management System (CMS).
 Ensure that the CMS is populated with CIs according to policy
 Ensures that CIs are uniquely identified with naming conventions. Ensures that staff comply with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, life-cycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases and templates.
 Organize that the CMDB facilitate the lifecycle of an change throughout the process, impact assessment, configuration baselines, and package Release records in order to specify the effect on CIs of an authorized Change. Ensures any changes to Change authorization records are themselves subject to Change Management procedures. Ensures that the CMDB is updated when a Change is implemented.
 Provides the CMDB to help identify other CIs affected by a fault that is affecting a CI. · You carry out the Process Manager responsibilities for the Configuration Management process
 Drive the maturity of the CMDB through automation, Identify opportunities for (test) automation of existing deployment processes.
