• Assist the business owners in defining their specific needs, analyze user requirements and modelling of new IT systems and their related impact on existing architecture
• Participate to the meetings, with the stakeholders, to identify the business requirements.
• Conduct analysis meetings
• Acting as single point of contact between the employer and the stakeholders, being in permanent contact with them and gathering feedback in order to offer better quality services.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner in order to refine and prioritise the requirements
• Architect the solution
• Align the business requirements to functional specifications.
• Write functional specifications.
• Consulting role for the business lines in order to take the best decisions for the implementation of the requirements
• Identify the interdependencies between various modules of the project
• Prepare analysis and design documentation
• Propose process flow improvements
• Design application screens.
• Provide solution’s design documentation
• Define the User Stories and support the Scrum teams involved in the project
• Provide guidance to the development team in order to ensure all functionalities are correctly implemented
• Review test cases
• Analyse testing results and trace the bug fixing

Technical Skills
• Jira & Confluence
• SQL
• YAML
• In-depth understanding of banking environment, products and processes
• Knowledge of non-functional aspects of IT Architecture (Performance, Resilience, Availability, Security etc.) – nice to have

As Solution Analyst you will be responsible for defining the requirements and develop an optimum solution design (end to end) together with solution architect for subsequent developments aligned with the Target Digital Architectures strategy.

You will lead and facilitate the product requirements activities working closely with Product Owners and development teams. You will also collaborate with Solution / Enterprise Architects and Senior Developers on the selection of appropriate design patterns and define realistic and ambitious implementation road maps
