Lead Test Automation Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in software development industry;
• Deep knowledge of and proven experience in testing with Selenium :
o Selenium Web driver API;
o Version Control: Git, SVN;
o Automation server: Jenkins
o Apache POI API for reading and writing data to excel;
o Log4j logging Utility for logging purpose;
• Excellent experience setting up automated functional testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber.
• Strong Java background, Java Script
• Fluency in English
• Good Project Management skills
• Strong written communications, especially related to articulating test cases, regression, smoke.
• Team player, self-motivated, well-organised, strong communicator, driven and committed;Open and friendly personality, as well as drive, initiative, problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
• Very good understanding of development life cycle, testing practices and quality assurance processes
• Expert on test planning & management and test case design
• Experience with web applications, Rest API and mobile

NICE TO HAVE:

• understanding of modern web application HTML 5 frameworks & ;
• previous experience with frameworks (Angular2, React, Knockout)
• integration related knowledge: REST API, SOA
• application design, specifically for a UI components
• previous experience with Jira (tasks management), Confluence (collaboration)
• Implement scripts and SQL queries for testing databases
