• Demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile concepts
• Development experience desired (in Agile setup)
• Ability to coach team on agile practices and ensuring adherence to agile methodology to deliver maximum business value on time
• Ability to resolve conflicts within the team; strong mediator
• Knowledge of relevant Agile transformation domain/products/journeys
• Strong leader and advocate for the adoption of Agile
• Teaching abilities and great interpersonal skills
• Good listener and understanding complex problems
• Good facilitator and driven in creating a peaceful working environment
• Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team
• Self-taught and constantly staying up to date with information by continuously learning and joining conferences
• Experience coaching teams in Agile adoption
• Experience as Scrum Master for collocated and distributed teams
• Having some background or coursework in Computer Science
• Experience with scaling Scrum on large organizations (SAFE or LESS)
• Is a team player with outstanding social competence
• English knowledge (spoken and written)

The Agile coach helps train corporate teams on the agile methodology and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organisation. He/she is responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging workers and leadership to embrace the agile method.
He/she is responsible for shifting and transforming the mindset of the organisation to become more agile.


• Guide the teams and organisation on how to use agile practices and methodologies
• Train, moderate, adapt and develop agile meetings, -tools and –methods
• Coach the teams; facilitate transparent and adaptive team culture
• Establish the agile mindsets within the teams and beyond team borders
• Promote transparency and strengthen the confidence into the agile methodology within the company
• Train and coordinate Scrum Masters and Product Owners on using agile methodology
• Remove impediments such as cultural barriers
• Help team members understand the benefits of agile methods
• Fosters self-organisation and growth within the team
• Generates agile mindset in teams through coaching, conversations
• Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of punishment
• Help, train corporate teams on the agile methodology and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organisation.
