Component Administrator

Position Summary: Support component management for all projects hadled in Bucharest including ordering, distribution, inventory and software update (flashing). Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in production planning for different component samples together with the project PMs and Team lead.
• Initiate and supervise the procurement of components and needed parts.
• Create and complete customer functional tests, if necessary.
• Support distribution of samples and neighbor components for all projects in Bucharest.
• Maintain the component inventory database
• Support software update (final flash) for head units
• Support software update for neighbor components
• Support and track the ordering process for parts
• Support distribution of test benches

• Basic knowledge of inventory processes
• SAP knowledge is of advantage
• Ordering process knowledge and supplier handling is of advantage
• Basic Linux commands knowledge is of advantage
• Basic knowledge of embedded software and systems is of advantage
• Knowledge of components used in automotive projects is of advantage
