CONTROLLER/PLANNER (DETERMINED PERIOD 2 YEARS)

- University degree;
- Proficiency in English;
- 3 years in a production control or planning environment;
- Appreciation of Bill of Material structures and how they work in MRP;
- Six sigma or LEAN experience;
- Knowledge or Experience of ECN & Planning in a manufacturing environment;
- Understanding or Experience of working with ERP packages;
- Project participation or project management experience;
- Understanding of a manufacturing environment;
- Ability to work with Microsoft packages to an advanced level, particularly Excel;
- Basic knowledge of supply chain;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Ability to work in challenging situations in a fast paced environment.

- Process all internal and external Engineering Change Notes requests;
- Update ERP system for Bill of Material changes and associated effectivity dates;
- Maintain 100% BOM accuracy;
- Manage effectivity dates for BOM in ERP system conjunction with Planning function;
- Collaborate with purchasing department to eliminate excess and obsolete Inventory;
- Document, coordinate and gather approval for all FIA (financial impact analysis) generated by ECN;
- Monitor and update ECN implementation dates;
- Maintenance of Inventory Target Quantities and Batch Sizes;
- Maintenance of Planning Forecasts within the ERP system;
- Maintenance of Planning Mix within the ERP system;
- Support to daily Production Order creation.
