Your day-to-day:

Conversion Operations Team is the main point of contact for the Sales Conversion Team and the Renewal Sales Team, both involved in the selling of subscription.
Mainly day-to-day responsibilities are:
• Building the conversion offers, as requested by the final end user, including RR opportunities and mid-term credit details;
• Communicating the final details needed for a deal to get closed and mandatory documents to be attached: PO, conversion offer, subscription quotation form, etc;
• Working closely with the internal ecosystem (Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, GBO) to get the adjustments and approvals needed at closing time;
• Reporting and cleaning-up the opportunities in the system after fiscal closure.

Your impact:

The Channel conversion team was created to help PTC move from perpetual to a Subscription model company.
The members of this team will be directly responsible for all the administrative part of every conversion booked in EMEAI, from creating the conversion offer to finally approving/booking the conversion orders which will translate into invoices being generated from the system and cash to be collected.

Your team:

The Channel Conversion Operations Team is relatively new and its team members are young, qualified, enthusiastic people, that are helping the overall goal of PTC- becoming a great subscription company.
This team is incorporated into the bigger Customer Success Management team, mainly focused on customer satisfaction, detail and action-oriented, helping drive the entire sales and conversion process.
