    Requirements

    Working knowledge of information technology infrastructure including:

    Various operating systems: Windows 10 and MacOS (Linux is a bonus);
    Networking: TCP/IP, wired and wireless networks configuration, VPNs;
    PC Hardware configuration & diagnostic;
    Network peripherals: multi-functional printers, scanners etc;
    Networking services and protocols: DHCP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, Pop3 (nice to have);
    Services: Antivirus Software, Windows Active Directory, Office 365 Administration;
    Previous Experience with a Service Desk Solution like JIRA/Confluence/LanSweeper will be considered an advantage;
    Strong internal customer orientation;
    Strong improvement orientation;
    Strong process orientation;
    Excellent oral and written communication required in both English and Romanian;
    Computer Science, Electronics or similar.

    Responsibilities

    Should have outstanding organization and communication skills;
    Ensures that Support Services meet (or exceed) internally prescribed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs);
    Works closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth escalations, close working relationships and effective end-to-end customer assistance;
    Creates a customer-centric culture for all areas of responsibility and the IT department as a whole;
    This position also requires mobility, international travel being necessary;
    Responsible for new employees on-boarding – preparing the workplace, accounts, explaining basic internal company systems and redirecting to pertinent administrators for various access needs;
    Various internal platforms administration;
    Actively involved in all IT related purchases (phones, laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and consumables, servers, upgrades, various software);
    Basic Printers, WAN and LAN maintenance (router configuration, cleaning printers, replacing printer cartridges and clearing paper jams, replacing broken LAN or phone cables or connectors);
    Keep track of and add to internal inventory systems of all new and existent IT equipment.
