• Negotiate, draft and execute domestic and international agreements (particularly in the field of real estate).
• Prepare all kinds of motions, petitions, applications in the course of judicial and administrative proceedings etc.
• Coordinate and supervise co-operation with law firms, notarial and consulting companies.
• Keep corporate documentation of AmRest Romanian companies and oversee the outside legal counsel's preparation of these corporate documents.
• Supervise outside legal support in Balkans.
• Cooperate in preparing and managing Legal Department's budget.
• Report on status of Romanian legal activities.

• University Degree in Law.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional knowledge on civil law, real estate, labour law, data protection law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements with special focus on lease agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Supervising in-house legal team.
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing is a must.
